Description
The Virgin stands, her upper body slightly leaning towards the Child she holds against her. A veil covers her head and falls in folds over her shoulders; her robe reaches the ground in broad folds. The naked Child raises his right hand to his mouth. Gilding dominates, with painted flesh tones on the faces and on the Child's body; the gilding is worn in places.
